- Restart your device.
- Reinstall Mr. Number from the Google Play Store.
- If you have a Premium subscription, tap the Premium tab and then tap Restore.
iPhone
iOS version requirement
Mr. Number requires iOS 18 or later. Go to Settings → General → Software Update and install any available update before troubleshooting further.
Keep the app running in the background
Mr. Number maintains a local database of blocked numbers on your device and updates it periodically while the app is open. Force-closing the app mid-update can cause blocking to stop working. Avoid force-quitting Mr. Number, and open it at least once every 24 hours to allow updates to complete.
