  • Remove inaccurate or offensive comments

    If inaccurate or offensive comments are being shown on one of your phone numbers in a Hiya-enabled device, you may request that these be removed. Please note, Hiya does not remove accurate comments of spam or fraud.

Individuals: Your calls

  • Report a call mislabeled as spam

    If you made or received a call that was incorrectly labeled by Hiya as spam or fraud, you can report the problem here. NOTE: If you are a business, you must first register your business using the link above.

  • Remove incorrect name shown for a call

    If a phone number is currently showing an incorrect name on a Hiya-enabled device, Hiya will remove the incorrect name for free.

  • Remove inaccurate or offensive comments

    If inaccurate or offensive comments are being shown on one of your phone numbers in a Hiya-enabled device, you may request that these be removed. Please note, Hiya does not remove accurate comments of spam or fraud.

    You can control what information is stored about your phone number. Please note, these requests may take up to 30 days to be processed.
